Przemysłowa 2, 42-470 Siewierz, Poland), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the Katowice-East District Court in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS No. 0000412832, NIP 6252318182, REGON 240448269 and BDO No. 000005705, with a share capital of PLN 1,000,000.00, paid up in full (the “Acquired Company”).
