WKG S.A., with its registered office in Raciszyn, ul. Działoszyńska 69, 98-355 Raciszyn, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS No. 0000310998, REGON 592180791, NIP 7722169189 and BDO No. 000031850, with a share capital of PLN 18,100,000.00, paid up in full, having the status of a large enterprise within the meaning of the Act on Counteracting Excessive Delays in Commercial Transactions (the “Acquired Company”).
