INFORMATION CLAUSE – MARKETING CONSENT
1) The administrator of your personal data is Trzuskawica S.A., with its registered office in Nowiny (26-052) at ul. Sitkówka 24, hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator.”
2) You can contact the Administrator via e-mail at dane.osobowe@trzuskawica.pl or in writing at ul. Sitkówka 24, 26-052 Nowiny.
3) Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of sending you marketing content. The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The legitimate interest of Trzuskawica S.A. consists of sending you marketing content by telephone and/or e-mail, based on the consent(s) you have given.
4) Your personal data may be shared with employees and collaborators, entities authorized under applicable law, as well as entities acting on behalf of the Administrator, including IT system providers.
5) Your personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes.
6) Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal. For evidential purposes, the Administrator requests that consent be withdrawn in writing to the company’s registered office or electronically at dane.osobowe@trzuskawica.pl.
7) You have the right to: access your data, request correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to the processing of your data.

9) If you believe that the Administrator processes your personal data in violation of the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for data protection, in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence, workplace, or the place of the alleged infringement. In Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
10) Providing personal data is voluntary.
